Painkalac Creek EstuaryWatch Group
What We Do:The Painkalac Creek EstuaryWatch Group are a small group of locals who started monitoring in May 2007 and have been keeping an eye on their dynamic local estuary since then. The estuary has gone through some major events during this time which has kept the EstuaryWatchers on their toes as well as discovering some interesting monitoring data. The Painkalac Creek Group conduct physical/chemical monitoring at five different sites and mouth condition monitoring at the estuary mouth.
